• 1/25 - Speed QST.  We will not be running Speed practice that day, but will still have core/elite practice at Grapevine.
• 3/12 - sent via Slack 3/6
• 3/15 - ask Coach Merritt for an alternative lesson plan
• 3/29 - USAC Grapevine QE
• 4/30 - All speed practices will be canceled Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday this week. Please connect with Coach Merritt or Liberty for alternative lesson plans!

• 6/15 - Divisionals
• 9/21 - Merritt out of town
• 10/5 - Core and Elite Practices will proceed as scheduled, but please note that Speed Training is canceled due to the JCCA competition. If you’re interested in receiving a lesson plan, please reach out to Merritt.
• 10/12 - All practices are canceled for our home QE, if you haven't registered, I highly recommend doing so quickly, the QE registration is nearly full!
• 10/26 - Core/Elite practice will be available to those not participating in the QE. Speed practice will be canceled.
